Your Guide to the Custom Cabinetry Process…

Our process is designed to guide you seamlessly from initial concept to finished product.
We aim to provide a clear, straightforward pathway that not only helps our clients feel confident in each step, but also supports the success of the entire project.

1. Bidding: Every project starts with a vision — whether it’s a full set of architectural plans or a simple hand-drawn sketch. From that starting point, we create a detailed and transparent bid tailored to your needs. The more information you’re able to provide up front, the better we can understand your goals and deliver an accurate, thoughtful proposal. 3. Revisions: This step on the pathway allows you to fine-tune the design before production begins. After reviewing the initial drawings, you'll have the opportunity to request any changes or corrections. We’ll then issue an updated set of drawings that reflect your revisions. Once the revised drawings are approved, we move forward with confidence into the production phase.

5. Delivery: We typically schedule delivery for the day before installation begins to ensure the project stays on track. It’s important to have a clean, secure area on site where the cabinetry can be stored safely and kept out of the installers' way.

Cabinetry is delivered on a large flatbed trailer, so adequate space for unloading is essential. If possible, we recommend reserving parking or clearing space near the delivery area in advance — this helps our team unload efficiently and reduces the risk of delays or damage. Our crew will coordinate with you prior to delivery to confirm timing and site readiness.

2. Drawings: Once the bid is approved, we begin developing your initial drawings. These serve as a bridge between your vision and the practical realities of our construction methods and materials. Depending on the level of detail provided at the outset, we may schedule a phone consultation or site visit to gather any additional information needed. You’ll use these drawings to refine and finalize your design preferences. All drawings will be sent to you in PDF format for your review. 4. Production & Scheduling: Once the final set of drawings has been approved, we lock in your place on our production schedule and begin the build process. Because our drawings are created in the same software that operates our manufacturing equipment, your cabinetry is produced with precision — exactly as shown in the approved plans. All cabinetry is fully painted and finished in our shop prior to installation, ensuring a clean and efficient process on site.

6. Installation: A typical kitchen takes 3-4 days to fully install. We take great care to fit your cabinetry into place and ensure that it looks great.

Review your drawings a couple of days in advance of the installation in case there is something that you want to us to pay special attention to such as shelf placement or hardware locations.

Although we do not provide the handles and knobs, if you have them ready on the day of installation, we will install them at no additional cost to you.

*No cost hardware installation applies only to standard knobs & handles
